I grew up with art in my hands. Some of my favorite memories are sitting on my Grandma’s balcony, watching clouds with her and noticing all their shapes and colors. She kept a treasure trove of pencils and paints at her house, and she always let me go wild with them! She even helped me enter my art in state fairs when I was just a kid. Those moments planted the seed that creating—whether it’s with pencils, paint, or pixels—would always be part of my life.

I’m a completely self-taught illustrator, and for me, creating is therapy. If I’m drawing, painting, carving a stamp, or even crocheting, I’m in my happy place. My style shifts depending on the project: sometimes it’s playful cartoons with bright jewel tones and cute faces, other times it’s realistic paintings. Honestly? As long as I’m illustrating, I’m happy.

I also have three wonderful kids, and a husband I was lucky enough to meet in 8th grade. (Although I thought he was a creep... long story.) We live in the Salt Lake Valley and absolutely love every minute of it.
